Our team reviews component structure, casting feasibility, machining requirements, tolerance risks and possible design improvements.
03. Tooling and Sample Development
After technical confirmation, tooling and initial samples are developed for dimensional, assembly and performance evaluation.
04. Validation and Process Confirmation
Important dimensions, weight consistency, appearance, mounting interfaces and functional requirements are verified before mass production.
05. Stable Batch Production
Once approved, the project enters controlled production with inspection, packaging and delivery plans based on the customer’s supply requirements.
